A babi\u010dka si to moc pochvalovala a taky mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee i kdy\u017e nyn\u00ed u\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee j\u00edst norm\u00e1ln\u011b, tak si st\u00e1le d\u00e1 ob\u010das n\u011bjak\u00fd proteinov\u00fd koktejl anebo plnohodnotnou n\u00e1hradu stravy. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee tato strava se d\u00e1 j\u00edst i norm\u00e1ln\u011b, kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk se doplnit miner\u00e1ly a v\u0161elijak\u00e9 vitam\u00edny.
